@renovatedkitchen You can always ask for help with math if you need it of course. I've been okay, got some therapy or something on Wednesday, new meds, started working out, etc.

@yodelerty nice. I've started going for walks around my neighbourhood. Gotta get fit. I may take you up on that for a question or two. The course barely explains it, or at least not well enough. How's all the therapy/meds going?

@renovatedkitchen Courses do that sometimes. Just give me a shout if you need it. Meds are going alright, not sure if they're what's making me dizzy. Therapy hasn't happened yet. First session is next week.

@yodelerty could possibly be them, just a side effect that will wear off. Cerulean is the best person to ask though, as I'm sure you know. Congrats with going through with it all btw! Definitely not easy to push yourself to get help. It's also good that there's growing support out there
