@nerthos Well I have now. Umbreon is also my favorite Pokemon
-
@extremedash My favourite pokemon is porygon
-
@nerthos That's a very uncommon choice I think. Porygon is really awesome though. What's your favorite Gen if you don't mind me asking?
-
@extremedash The GBA one
-
@nerthos So like Ruby and Sapphire?
-
@extremedash Yeah.
-
@nerthos Nice, I enjoy gold and silver the most. Don't know why but I really feel like talking about pokemon
-
@extremedash The first pokémon I really played was Ruby. Plus I loved the graphic style of the game.
-
@nerthos I just really loved the starters and legendary's and asian style of Silver and Gold. The first game I played was Red.
-
@extremedash I didn't got far in Silver. I would have loved it if I played it bacck in the day, but I was never keen on spending money.
-
@nerthos I was too young to know what money really was when I got silver.
-
@extremedash I understand the concept of money and how to use it efficiently since I have memory.
-
@nerthos Well I can do that now, but not so well in 2000
-
@extremedash I remember doing it to buy a cool set of Duravit bricks back in like, '96?
-
@nerthos You were just a natural born business man weren't you?
-
@extremedash I was 3 or 4 at the age. At 4 I knew how to write properly, so it's not surprising that I also knew how to save up money to buy cool toys.
-
@nerthos I never really had money of my own when I was 3 or 4, but still I'm impressed.
-
@extremedash My parents were smart and educated me on basic things like money management from early on.
-
@nerthos Something that I believe should be taught to all kids earlier on. The current education system(in america that it) waits way to long to teach the youth about how to properly save up money.
-
@extremedash The educational system should have nothing to do with that. That's the duty of the parents. Parents should teach their kids to read and write, use money and very basic math like counting, addition and substraction before they get into primary school.
-
@nerthos Most parents don't really have time for that. That's why we have the educational system in the first place.
-
@extremedash To be fair the percentage of parents that work all day is relatively low.
-
@nerthos I don't know the statistics but that doesn't really surprise me. My parent's though we're both very busy. Dad was in the army and my Mom was a social worker so there wasn't much spare time for teaching.
