  1. Hey, thanks for reminding me I need to switch away from you, Dropbox. http://rainbowdash.net/attachment/716781

    1. @neuraria google drive, yo. They even dropped down their prices.

      1. @theyurityphoon I heard this. Although I'm not sure /I/ would need that much. Though I guess it will be handy if I need to share things still.

      2. @theyurityphoon Guess I'll give Google Drive a look. http://i.imgur.com/phlJBz7.png Too bad I'll be doing my uploading through the browser.

    2. @neuraria that's so papayasty of them

    3. @neuraria If that happens to me I'll have to shift away from Dropbox as well. Seems like they're doing their best to alienate their users

      1. @scoot Most of that space is taken up by shared folders I don't even own anyway and I think that was why I jumped for the promotion

        1. @neuraria Oh, I'm not actually using all the space I got (48gb for getting a Galaxy S4), it's just that when I eventually go back to 2gb it'll be totally useless

          1. @scoot Yeah pretty much

    4. @neuraria How ugly! Oh, that's iOS, right. It's fashion, always forgetting.

      1. @xrevan86 Ha ha :p For the record I am using it to try it, and to see the other side of Apple vs. Android :p I still have a 2012 Nexus 7

        1. @neuraria I guess screenshot is enough to see the "other side" :-D. Also iOS is not a good alternative to Android, Firefox OS and SailfishOS are.

          1. @xrevan86 I was never saying iOS was the alternative though :P To be perfectly honest I like the iOS7 design, everything before that looked kinda ugly =p That said Android Kit-Kat at the moment looks sexy on my Nexus 7 <3 I ditched my old phone, a HTC Desire HD, so that I could take a good look at iOS, and evaluate what i like and dislike about it, and what iOS or Android does better :)

            1. @neuraria "everything before that looked kinda ugly" It sure did :-D. "HTC Desire HD" I wonder how this works: http://ldavg.so/j

            2. @neuraria Or you totally ditched it?

              Monday, 17-Mar-14 07:37:35 UTC from loadaverage.org
              1. @xrevan86 I still have the phone, but the service is disconnected as I moved my number to another network

                1. @neuraria Oh, it's locked?

                  Monday, 17-Mar-14 08:15:34 UTC from loadaverage.org
                  1. @xrevan86 It's not, I just mean it would only really have wifi for networking (and it uses a regular-sized SIM compared to the iPhone's nano-SIM)

Monday, 17-Mar-14 08:29:25 UTC from web
                    1. @neuraria I see. Aren't there any adapters from ultra-nano-micro-mini-SIM to regular one :-)?

                      Monday, 17-Mar-14 09:03:50 UTC from loadaverage.org
                      1. @xrevan86 Oh I see where this is going :P I am sure there is somewhere that sells them, but I am okay running iOS for now

                        1. @neuraria I am not suggesting anything, simply found some solutions for some problems :-D.

    5. @neuraria Try "Owncloud". It's basically dropbox, but self hosted. In fact, you might already be using it? I think we talked about it

      1. @ceruleanspark I think we did, but I've sort of disabled it for now apparently. It might still be set up, I just have to reenable the subdomain.
