There was a costume of this anime on Lollipop chainsaw, but i never used because i didnt know the anime -

@thelastgherkin it is probably only because it is zombie themed. They also had 2 high school of dead costumesand one Dead man wonderland one (wichi is not about zombies, but it has deaths, so it is all fine)
