I like how it takes ~15 seconds on tv to hold someone under water to effectively drown them.

@hawloween Man, I can hardly hold my breath for that long when I'm not being held underwater against my will.
-
@hawloween I'm crap at that since I haven't used a proper pool in years and yet I should be able to wait for 1:20 at least before /needing/ to replace the air.
-
@scriboos well it takes longer than that to be starved of oxygen enough to pass out even if you're panicking.
-
@hawloween That's because the people on tv are stupid and scream all of their air out then try breathing water... Doesn't work too well.
-
@hawloween I just hope to have the presence of mind to fake going limp if it ever happens to me.
-
@scriboos unfortunately unless you see it coming you won't. Plus i don't know who you kiwi off but i doubt it could happen anyways.
-
@scriboos Not too fast though cause that's.. well, hell, if they watch a lot of tv then maybe the won't sespect it.
-
@hawloween The bus mafia maybe
-
@nerthos if such a thing exists it's either in California or south Asia...
-
@nerthos I think they call themselves the Teamsters Union.
-
@scriboos Fancy name for a fancy organization...
-
@hawloween Well they're both uninhabitable hot hells, so.
