My dad tried talking to me again today. He'd been drinking, which I should have known because I could smell it on him, but I was stupid enough to let my guard down. He tried telling me that he wasn't a bad person and that he'd changed, and papaya, I'd started to believe him. He told me about how I'm stubborn and selfish and childish, but I already knew that. I let him emotionally blackmail me by saying how mum cried every night because I'm so kiwiing difficult to connect with. I cried because he reassured me that I'm an abrasive, impossible son who makes everything worse. My sister got him out of the house, but he'll be back by the end of the school week. I let him get to me. I'm a bananaing idiot.

@nerthos Hoping to move out for uni which will be next September assuming I don't get kicked out of school this year.
