@nerthos I have the PS4 version. I maxed a Zephyr, and I'm now levelling Ember. I'm rank 5 atm, 'cause I only started last week.

@ceruleanspark Which one was your starter? Also, they're supposed to be all cross-compatible once the game leaves beta stage, so at that point we could play with communistprime.

@nerthos I had Excalibur, but I wasn't that in love with it. I got enough free platinum for being a PS+ member to buy Zephyr. Then I abused the bosses for Warframe blueprints and sold 'em for Platinum.

@ceruleanspark Shouldn't use platinum to buy gear. But slots instead, farm for the items. Also, selling Warframe blueprints for plat? You mean primes?

@nerthos Mods maybe? Either way, I have two warframes and I didn't pay for 'em.

@ceruleanspark Oh. Mods make sense. Stuff you can sell for platinum: mods, prime blueprints and parts, rank 0 faction weapons, and arcane (phased out stat-changing) helmets. In any case you should invest the platinum in warframe and weapon slots. You'll run out of those kinda fast unless you don't like to keep your gear. As for warframes, I suggest you hit Jupiter and get a Valkyr to try it. She's a godsend. Allows you to easily solo pretty much anything except defense/interception missions with her ridiculous armor and 30s invulnerability ability.

@nerthos I've got one slot left 'cause I ditched Excalibur, so I'll have a look. I'm clearing Sedna atm. I need to go back and murder Vay Hek too, but I need to finish levelling Ember and my Sybaris rifle.

@ceruleanspark So you have access to clan tech, then? Sybaris is good, but I'd recommend getting an Opticor when you have enough fieldron for it. It's basically this big laser cannon that hits in the thousands, you can mod it to be completely silent. Also the Nami Skyla is a good melee weapon, though ugly. Relatively inexpensive, good enough for endgame. Can't beat a dex dakra, but it's the next best thing.

@nerthos Yeah, after a few missions with a clan leader, he invited me in. Went to the dojo and copied the blueprints I wanted. (The Katana and Sybaris)

@ceruleanspark Oh, nikana is decent. Good for anything <30. Dragon nikana is amazing, easily one of the best weapons in the game.
