    2. @ceruleanspark Isn't that game pretty much Monster Hunter with robots?

      1. @northernnarwhal I dunno. The main difference is that I'm enjoying this, wheras, despite repeated attempts, I've never enjoyed monster hunter. The combat is more Attack on Titan-ish, in that you're constantly grappling onto the backs of the robots to slice things off of them.

        1. @ceruleanspark I can casually enjoy Monster Hunter, though I've never been head over heels for the series. Freedom Wars actually looks pretty good, though I don't know if I'd get it if I had a PS Vita. Gravity Rush looks awesome though, and I'm really glad it's coming to PS4 because I'd love to play it but don't want to buy a PS Vita just to do so.

          1. @northernnarwhal Gravity Rush is wonderful and it would literally be a crime for it not to come to a console people actually own. One of the few times in recent memory I've picked up an entirely new IP and fallen in love instantly. That said, if there are any vita games you want to play, and they're compatible, you can just buy a Playstation TV for like, $40 now.

            1. @ceruleanspark The only Vita exclusive that's really caught my eye is Gravity Rush, which is now thankfully going to be released on PS4 here in early February 2016. From what I've seen the game has some absolutely gorgeous art design and the core gameplay mechanic is really intriguing. The upcoming sequel will apparently also be on PS4, so I have that to look forward to as well if I end up enjoying the first one.

              1. @northernnarwhal Once you get the hang of moving around using gravity manipulation, it feels incredibly natural and has a wonderful sense of flow. You'll find yourself naturally moving very gracefully and seemingly effortlessly.

                1. @ceruleanspark It's not too important, but how's the writing in the game?

        1. @bobo Don't really know much about that game. I don't really follow a lot of games, mostly just a select few I'm actively interested in.
