          @scribus The government renamed the diagnosis because they didn't want society feeling like they're all mentally ill, degrading the seriousness of many mental illnesses. As such, instead of a diagnostic sheet, you get it renamed to "birth certificate". This is included in the man page of life, but many people lose it since it gets so soggy in the womb.
