      @tiffany That's probably close to optimal for that stage yeah. As you get upgrades, you'll get dispensers that produce more material, and refineries that /take/ more, so you'll be able to fit more production in the same space

              @tiffany Wait until you're able to build a research center and a metals lab and produce refined metal to power the metals lab. A research center with a metals lab attached produces 4 times as much research per tick, so the running costs are much more reasonable
