@iluvzfluttershy Internet Explorer is the only browser which doesn't support all official web standards. Internet Explorer is keeping the whole web development back. Without Internet Explorer, our web would have been way more advanced and we would have already had cool HTML5 stuff everywhere, the only reason it's not everywhere is because Internet Explorer does not support it. Here, take this link: http://www.abetterbrowser.org/

@omni It's dangerous to go alone! Take this. http://rainbowdash.net/attachment/112108
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:13:27 UTC from web-
@scribus No, really, it is terrible. It is the only browser I refuse to support, because my games works fine in ALL browsers, except god-damn Internet Explorer.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:14:16 UTC from web-
@omni I agree, I'm just ribbing you. Sorry if it came off as too mean.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:15:18 UTC from web-
@scribus Nah, I'm sorry, I'm overreacting again. I just hate Internet Explorer, that's all.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:17:36 UTC from web-
@omni google chrome free?
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:18:37 UTC from web-
@iluvzfluttershy Yep, completely free. Every one on that page is free, I would personally recommend either Firefox or Google Chrome myself :P

@iluvzfluttershy >Internet Explorer >iTunes >Microsoft Office - I just realized the most-used Windows software is the software I miss the least.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:09:55 UTC from web-
@omni Microsoft is very useful.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:11:59 UTC from web-
@iluvzfluttershy Microsoft Office is a disaster in my opinion, because it is the only mayor office suite not completely supporting the official open standard. I personally prefer LibreOffice. But hey, as long as you don't unnecessarily save all your documents as .docx I'm find with you using it.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:13:08 UTC from web-
@omni Office 2013 supports it.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:14:00 UTC from web-
@scribble Really? Even OpenDocument 2.0? Last time I checked it only supported up to 1.6, but that could've been a slightly older version.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:15:08 UTC from web-
@omni No idea, but I know it supports it.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:16:47 UTC from web-
@scribble Shoryu, you say it like it supporting it is hard. It's about time.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:34:38 UTC from web-
@cavatina Huh?
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:35:12 UTC from web-
@scribble It's almost as if you cant read XD. You said it as if microsoft FINALLY supporting this was an innovation, it's not. They are just so bad it took em this long to be OPEN!

@omni BRB resaving everything on my computer as docx.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:17:44 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Even the .jpgs!
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:18:12 UTC from web-
@scribus ESPECIALLY the jpgs.

@redenchilada Have fun trying to open your documents on systems which are not running the latest version of Microsoft Office, LibreOffice, KOffice, Calligra Office or GOffice.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:18:32 UTC from web-
@omni Seems like a pretty expansive list to me. Besides, I only ever use one computer, which has Office installed. (Aside from school computers which _also_ have it installed.)
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:21:10 UTC from web-
@redenchilada Since when is "Office" a program?
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:23:10 UTC from web-
@omni You sure ain't the brightest bulb in the shed, are ya. I never said it was a program, and I never implied it was.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:26:13 UTC from web-
@redenchilada "which has Office installed". For Office to be installed, it has to be a piece of software.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:26:54 UTC from web-
@omni I don't see a need to type out "the Microsoft Office suite" when everyone knows what Office means in that context. Besides, you're using semantics in place of a real argument at this point. Try again later.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:28:18 UTC from web -
@omni Office is a suite of programs, if they're all installed then it's installed.
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:28:30 UTC from web-
@scribus That's an "Office Suite", but nobody seems to notice the half-seriousness of my reply~
Thursday, 26-Jul-12 19:29:58 UTC from web-
@omni I had guessed at it.
