      @lunchbox I don't know how many times I need to point this out, Scoot's wings are on upside-down! That's why she can't fly.

        @scribus i have looked at a lot of photos of scootaloo from the show after seeing what you said but her wings do not apper to be upside down

          @bigtimebrony Oh, but they are! See, they propel her forward when she's riding her scooter. Rotate her 90 degrees onto all four hooves, with the direction of her wings' push likewise rotated, and they will be pushing her down, not up.
