I love how for some reason, a lot of the android theming community considers a clock that lists the time as "three forty five" as more minimal than one that says "3:45".

@ceruleanspark That makes total sense, cuz I love to actually read what time it is instead of, you know, just reading numbers. That's almost as stupid as 24-hour time, what's wrong with the regular 12-hour time that everyone's used to? (Nintendo doesn't seem to understand this very well, since just about every one of their systems that uses a clock only has 24-hour time on them.)

@tekkdan 12 hour time is hardly more efficient than 24 hour time. You will always need to put "PM" or "AM" behind the clock, which means you always need more characters. If you use a 24 hour time you already know approximately how late it is by reading the first number, not until you're done reading everything. (inb4 huge flamewar about best time system)

@tekkdan 24 hour time is used basically everywhere that isn't America and Canada, as far as I know. So when you say "the time that everyone's used to", it kind of isn't.

@thelastgherkin @omni What did I get myself into? I don't know much about time, im just used to using 12-hour time, and I didnt think about how other countries handle time. If you guys want a heated discussion about time, just leave me out of it because I have no idea what I'm talking about.

@tekkdan But without you, we all agree with each other!!! Nah, I'm just kidding. I'm not even starting a discussion, just stating a fact yo.
