  1. @thelastgherkin Do you have any idea why Mods are able to delete Admin accounts? o.o

    1. @dlcentaur Mods have three tools: sandbox, silence, and delete, and can use all three for moderatory reasons. That they can delete admins is a complete oversight in statusnet's coding.

      1. @thelastgherkin I wonder... can they delete an Owner or a System Admin?

          2. @thelastgherkin @dlcentaur In the event that the owner or admin is deleted, does the system crash?

            1. @anarchycarcino No, I highly doubt that. It would continue running until a serious issue arrises. Either that... or the entire server could go down. Who knows?

              1. @dlcentaur Let's not find out.

            2. @anarchycarcino I imagine the site would keep going until it runs out of money (no owner) or crashes itself (no admin). With no admin there'd be no-one to change the logo or page design, or in fact anything else code-wise. And only admins can nominate other admins. So if the admins just up and left, no-one would ever be in control. (Unless there's a failsafe.)
