@nerthos I don't even try. I have more than 50 different passwords, all random generated.

@kamikaze There's actually a handful of accounts that no amount of password cracking on RDN would let you into, for the simple fact that they don't even have a password at all.

@kamikaze You need to write them down for that. If I just wrote down a line of characters that makes no sense, it would totally be suspicious.

@kamikaze I literally don't store any password that I don't want to be public in my computer/pen drives.

@widget So it has to salt and hash for every single account/password to check? That's basically a dictionary attack with a very small dictionary.

@nerthos I treat my computer as a safe system. The advantage is of having nigh unbreakable passwords and breaking one doesn't give access to any other service, because they all have different keys.

@kamikaze I simply store all sensitive information in computers that never connect to the internet.

@widget Hmm, id as salt … well I suppose it works. I'd use random numbers that get regenerated with every password change. But the weak link is md5.
