  1. Did I subscribe to "Crazy conspiracy nutjob weekly" at some point? Why am I getting emails headed "Gun control is treason perpetuated by an international conspiracy of Jewish bankers to undermine American freedoms"

    1. @ceruleanspark You have any idea whose idea it was to implement the stream?

      1. @tenebarius the #? Widget actually did the implementing obviously. I recall the brainstorming session we had a week or two ago, but I don''t remember whose idea it was. It may have been widget's

      2. @tenebarius It came out of a discussion Widget had with everyone about ways to improve user engagement rates. I don't remember if it was an idea he had by himself, or something someone else bought up.

        1. @ceruleanspark Either way, it was a great idea!

          1. @tenebarius My only concern about it (and I have voiced it previously) is that it maybe opens us to misdirected takedown requests. Yes, we're not actually hosting infringing content, but since when were lawyers actually smart?

            1. @ceruleanspark We simply have to be careful about what videos we allow to play. Even still, there is a chance of that...

              1. @tenebarius It's every episode of all three seasons in order repeated constantly. Define careful?

                1. @thelastgherkin The video uploaders is what I mean. If the account of the person who uploaded the video is disreputable, then their account may be deleted and.or the video removed. @ceruleanspark It is infringing, but Hasbro hasn't really taken action against it thus far.

                  1. @tenebarius I'm curious. What makes one account that uploads stolen content more "reputable" than another? :S

                    1. @thelastgherkin Youtube does consider accounts to be "In good standing" if they haven't had content taken down before, so any "virginal" account who is uploading stolen content is technically "More reputable" than an account who has gotten caught already.

                    2. @thelastgherkin To be honest, when Youtube and the owners of the original content don't mind that those videos are uploaded.

                        1. @thelastgherkin Youtube is dumb, yeah.

              2. @tenebarius Careful? It's currently 100% infringing.
