@nerthos i've heard it is easier. Here, it is the most comun thing that one has to study hard for 3 or 4 years before passing the test to hte medicine colleges.

@nerthos also, the high rated colleges here are for free.

@mushi Easier entry? That makes sense. Here most universities focus on having lots of people enter the career. Of course only a small fraction of those applicants get far, but it basically comes down to "Let people enter easily so we have more doctors"

@nerthos that is sorta cool, but i doubt that'd work here, at least in my college, where they cant keepqualitty for 40000 students that gave their lives to get there. And they say it is the 3rd best university of the country. I can only laught at that

@mushi Just think of how bad the others must be then! Haha, well, here most people drop mid-career, but I guess being able to enter makes more people try their luck.
