@aloriality Oh man, I used to love reading about that stuff as a kid. I had a massive book about planets and stuff and I'd take it everywhere with me. Even now it's a pretty astounding thing to think about. :)

@mastertdi that's awesome, I have a lot of planet shows downloaded, and it's amazing, my fav thought is that we all are made of star-dust, literally, becuse if it wasn't for the death of a star, there would be no carbon on earth

@aloriality Yeah, I love that. I'd love to see what other things we discover about the universe thousands of years from now, since we've only really scratched the surface of how everything works and why it works and how awesome it is.

@aloriality I've never really given that much thought, actually. :o I definitely believe in other life, but I'm not entirely sure about them having made contact with us already. Although, I think there's a lot about our planet that we don't know much about - the bottom of the ocean being a good example - so I guess it's not totally implausable.

@mastertdi yeah, and for me, I have rather harsh social anxiety, and thinking that I am, like, not all there is, ya know, it's kind of a calming thing, to think about what's all out there and the bigger picture over me, worrying about having a panic attack at wal-mart, it just seems so trivial

@mastertdi indeed, and speaking of wal-mart, I did go for the first time in ages, (had a lot of anxiety attacks there, so it scaerd me to go) and this time I was all thinking "I'm gunna buy me a MLP figurine".. lol $74 later >P

@aloriality Heh. I obsess quite a bit over things I enjoy, usually spend a lot of my internet time learning more stuff about them. Though never really got into collectables. Sure, they'd probably be nice to have, but aside from a couple things here and there most of my obsessing is done online.

@aloriality My all-time favourite show is Xiaolin Showdown, I love it to pieces. As a kid I made a folder full of information and stuff about it, and me and my friends would always play games about it on the playground. I'd say that was my main obsession, and recently I'm getting back into it, what with the new series coming out soon.

@mastertdi that's cool, I was obsessed with an anime called Fushigi Yuugi that centered around the chinese contestallions, I made a website about each, and of all the four main, although the show only showed two, there's a new manga out about the third, I already got a tattoo from that, have two from the show

@aloriality A tattoo? Wow haha, a bit like my sister. She's /obsessed/ with Harry Potter, and has a tattoo of one of the phrases on her back. She went to some big HP-related place in London today, actually.

@mastertdi I have like *stops to count* 5 tattoos lol. The first I got I got at 16, i wanted my tongue pierced and my dad said NO WAY, but a tattoo, was ok @.@ (define the logic in that) anywho, i have 6 if you count the addon to one, I still NEED my tiger eyes, one day I will get it!!
