@flamingpandaomg @thelastgherkin Here is what you could do. Set an alarm every day for keypoints in the day. Mine are 10:00 16:00 and 22:00 ( this used to be an important time for me when I was in the hospital ) ... It helped me greatly develop a sense of time

@critialcloudkicker Yes. XD I tend to eat a lot more than I should be, and I eat if I'm bored. Bad habit. But I have to balance that with the fact that I'm hypoglycemic, and if I don't eat enough (happens sometimes) I get really wobbly and get cold sweats.

@critialcloudkicker Except here's the thing. I tend to sleep at 6-8AM every morning, and get up at 3-5PM. I desperately need to fix my sleep schedule, but it seems like that's when most of my friends are awake, so I don't want to abandon them all together.

@critialcloudkicker The majority of the time I'm either at work, where I have scheduled breaks, or around other people to tell me they're hungry and we should eat. It's only when I'm on my own that I have the problem.

@flamingpandaomg I know the feeling of emotionally or eating because you are bored... Very simple water-based icecream seems to help a lot for me, bonus points if there are 2 sticks in your icecream and you have to use your wit to navigate your mouth around them...

@critialcloudkicker I also have anxiety issues and I eat if I get stressed, which lately is way more often than I'm sure is healthy.

@critialcloudkicker and it doesn't help that the only thing we have for 'snacks' are a literal crap ton of granola bars -- at least 9 boxes worth. Wouldn't be so bad, but they're all fiber-filled, so... the rest is for you to figure out. XD also, we got this massive tub of protein shake powder crap that I'm not even sure I should bother with. >.>

@flamingpandaomg I am going to be a pain in the flank here and point out that health issues can be related to a really bad sleeping pattern. Also soda-pop or coffee ( caffeine or teaine ) can help you down

@critialcloudkicker I don't drink either anymore. I've been drinking a lot of flavored water, which is probably as bad if not worse for me due to it having aspartame. And my health issues were before my sleeping schedule went to hell. XD

@flamingpandaomg Ehmm, I think it would be wize for you to read a book about how food works. And start to read what are actually in those granola bars. 9 out of 10 are just as bad as a Snickers or Mars candybar

@critialcloudkicker I never at any point mentioned that they were healthy for me. >.> I'm just saying that's the only thing we have in the house that's even REMOTELY CLOSE to healthy. We didn't even buy them. A neighbor just gave them to us because she had to switch to a diet or something.

@flamingpandaomg No, I reccommended water instead of aspertame powered drinks. Also yes, drinking enough water doessilense the hunger for snacks somewhat

@critialcloudkicker I'm not sure how the water's made, but this: http://www.2wired2tired.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/Clear-American-Review-Medium.jpg is what I was talking about. That powder stuff I was talking about was for a protein supplement shake. And I can't just blow off food every time because I have to keep my blood sugar up due to the hypoglycemia.

@flamingpandaomg Ah, that stuff. Well if you are planning for a long-term relationship with the stuff I would seriously recommend getting a trainer bike and bike while ditching this product. Unless you look forward to tempting fate with cancer or your hypoglycemia. Just make sure to sump up the output of distance on your trainer bike slowly and steady.

@critialcloudkicker We used to have a trainer bike, but none of us in the family used it, so we gave it to our neighbor since she has to stay in shape since she's in the military.

@critialcloudkicker It is, I suppose, but it just never really seemed to hit my list of priorities. I've been known to slack off after I stopped my Tae Kwon Do when I had to move. :\
