      @oracle I thoroughly research my topics when I'm making an argument about them. According the the TARDIS Data Core (tardis.wikia.com), and his only biological family to appear in the show is Susan Foreman, his granddaughter, and his daughter which was loomed from him, Jenny. Logically, of course he has at least one child, which was stated in "The Empty Child" when Doctor Constantine mentioned that before World War II, he was a father and a grandfather, and now he is neither, to which the 9th Doctor replied "Yeah, I know the feeling." The Doctor, according to one account, was one of forty-five Time Lords created by the Loom of the House of Lungbarrow, and therefore is and always was a Time Lord. #

      @oracle An Unearthly Child was a serial that first aird in 1963, in which they did in fact state that both the Doctor and Susan are aliens. It was during this serial that the Chameleon Circuit on the TARDIS malfunctioned, causing it to stay in its iconic Police Box form.
