      @oracle I know that the Korean War never ended. The North never signed a treaty, but a cease fire.

      @oracle Yes. I meant what I said. Officially, the war has not ended, but it still hasn't been an active war for decades. Thus, by attacking, we would be "restarting" the war, so to speak.
