      @dewnor They use Macromedia Flash 8, and use several extensions designed by the animation director, James Wooten.

      @dewnor No I'm pretty sure Studio B/DHX does all the animation within that studio. And I'm pretty sure they use puppets considering I have a leaked set saved in my downloads folder right now.

      @dewnor Well of course they don't use Puppets for 100% of the animation, but you said they never use them, which was wrong.

      @dewnor Well, sure, there's a decent bit that's done frame-by-frame. There's quite a bit of puppet use, though.
