I don't know if people still know what the word "GIB" means, but that's exactly what this gun does.

@nerthos gib was only introduced in GoW 2 of course people still know
-
@nerthos Last I saw that word was on Unreal Tournament 99 and it made people explode into little pieces
-
@darkarchivist I haven't seen it used since the Unreal Tournament days.
-
@scoot Eeexactly.
-
@nerthos peeps still use it >///<
-
@darkarchivist Cool.
-
@nerthos Fallout uses it internally when referring to the effect of the "Bloody Mess" perk.
-
@ceruleansquawk Really? I never looked into that perk. Took it one on FO3 and removed it with the console a few minutes after that.
-
@nerthos Yeah. It's around a few places. Still mostly FPS games.
-
@ceruleansquawk I wonder why those terms fall out of use.
-
@nerthos According to most PC gamers the answer is "Casuals"
-
@ceruleansquawk Filthy, filthy casuals.
-
@ceruleansquawk Maybe. I'd blame a shift on the focus of the industry, from a limited group of PC players to a widespread market. Which is basically the same as saying "causals", yeah.
-
@xeleanorxrigbyx One of my favorites. http://ur1.ca/er5g2
-
@ceruleansquawk The adoption of the word "casuals" is basically the worst thing to happen to gaming.
-
@xeleanorxrigbyx Yeah man fatty's right! Filthy casuals.
