@scoot P90?
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:44:30 UTC from web-
@nerthos That's what he asked for, yeah. I'm glad you could tell
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:44:58 UTC from web-
@scoot Well it's a pretty singular weapon
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:46:12 UTC from web-
@nerthos I can't draw guns to save my life usually
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:47:05 UTC from web-
@scoot Some guns can be awfully hard.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:48:06 UTC from web-
@nerthos I struggled with this one to be honest
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:48:25 UTC from web-
@scoot Good job. :)

@nerthos hell yes.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:45:11 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk Good choice man. One of the best SMGs out there.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:46:27 UTC from web-
@nerthos I needed a weapon my character could fire out of the window of a moving vehicle, as well as actually shoot a person in combat with.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:49:23 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk I think you could actually build sort of a "tripod" for shooting a light repeating weapon from a car window without too much effort..
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:54:38 UTC from web-
@nerthos Historically, most of the vehicles Serrio operated were...procured as required, rather than previously owned by him.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:56:21 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk Yeah I was not talking about a car-mounted tripod, rather a portable plaform to divert recoil to the frame of the car rather than to the firing hand.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:00:17 UTC from web-
@nerthos It wasn't always cars. Once it was actually a giant combat mech.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:04:49 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk Where do you steal one of those and why do you need to shoot your handgun from it.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:06:15 UTC from web-
@nerthos In that moment, I wasn't firing my gun out of it. I typically ran extraction and hacking/support. However, my team got ambushed and jumped by another combat mech, so I abandoned my post, stole another mech, and bought them the time to escape with an awesome mech battle.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:08:15 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk Some sort of sci-fi RPG?
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:10:56 UTC from web-
@nerthos Dystopian near future structured furry RP. Freedom fighters against an oppressive world-government.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:12:26 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk Sounds like a literal description of a fantasy you.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:16:07 UTC from web-
@nerthos It essentially defined me and the fantasies I have.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:17:24 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk Oh, so I had the order wrong.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:19:27 UTC from web-
@nerthos Yeah. I was 12 or so when it all got started. Formative years, those.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:23:23 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk Indeed they are. Those years turned you into a furry, and turned me into a zealot.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:25:58 UTC from web-
@nerthos I could say it was a positive thing in my case.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:29:46 UTC from web-
@nerthos FURSECUTION
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:30:52 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk Would you say it was a positive thing in your case?
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:35:22 UTC from web-
@nerthos I learned computers, studied the works of Sun Tzu and Miyamoto Musashi, took up airsoft to get pseudo-combat experience among other things. I'd say yes
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:37:43 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk what do Sun Tzu and Miyamoto Musashi write about?
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:40:22 UTC from web-
@pony War. Strategy. Philosophy. They were some of the greatest military minds of the old world.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:42:24 UTC from web -
@pony Sun Tzu was the person behind the Art of War, written a long time ago but still studied by militaries all around the world as a guideline for tactics.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:42:36 UTC from web -
@pony Military Strategy and or Philosophy. A lot of what they wrote is still applicable to many modern situations, even if you're /not/ a samurai or military commander.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:43:38 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk @nerthos @flamingpandaomg I see. My only reading on the subject of military strategy and philosophy comes from the Book of Mormon. The Nephites resisted Lamanite genocide for about 800 years if I recall correctly, despite a much smaller population it would seem.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:48:37 UTC from web-
@pony My first readings on Sun Tzu's works were around the age of 7 I think.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:52:23 UTC from web-
@nerthos Did you just have peculiar tastes or was it read to you by an adult?
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:57:23 UTC from web-
@pony Book that ended on my hands, book I read. I always loved military games too. I became familiar with The Art of War with the game Gunmetal, from 1998.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:59:51 UTC from web-
@nerthos sounds fun I suppose!

@ceruleansquawk Well then we can say we were both dealt a good hand of cards. I wonder what would it take to have you as an ally. Even though I've talked to you regularly for nearing two years now, I still find you extremely complex. Probably the only guy on this site I can't just read.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:41:33 UTC from web-
@nerthos I don't think we're enemies?
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:47:16 UTC from web-
@ceruleansquawk Oh, we aren't. By any means. We both value the same basic concepts and principles, even if the way in which we act about them is completely different. But are we friends? I'd like to think so, but that's not an one-sided decision.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:50:24 UTC from web-
@nerthos Friendship can be a one sided decision. For instance, someone can be your friend, even if you're not theirs.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 20:52:24 UTC from web-
@thatonestocking Yes, but one-sided friendship usually doesn't end in anything better than a neutral outcome.

Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:46:10 UTC from web-
@commodorecrazycommanderofthe1stroyalbrigadeofspiceracksandcheese I wasn't going for cute. Did it turn out cute?
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:46:39 UTC from web-
@scoot the character itself is not cute, but I dig the style.
Monday, 29-Jul-13 19:48:23 UTC from web-
@commodorecrazycommanderofthe1stroyalbrigadeofspiceracksandcheese Oh, well OK that's good. Cheers
