@einhorn because basically any time he ever gets on RDN people end up getting cherriesed off at him for one thing or another when it really isn't justified.

@einhorn because every time he attempts to start an intelligent conversation on here people snap at him because they don't want to think about things ever. It's why the top post in popular notices is basically me being mad about that.

@randomwonderbolt Amen to that. The whole gist of the show is compassion and understanding, so it's pretty lame that he doesn't feel like it's positive enough here anymore.

@ceruleanspark I really appreciate that. That's one thing that really stood out about this show and the fandom to me. All of the major circuit TV shows seem to be based on anti-heroes and tragedy. Breaking Bad, Ray Donovan, Dexter, Homeland. Even music is seldom critically acclaimed unless it's somehow nihilistic or introspective. I kind of admire how simple and sincere MLP is in defiance of that trend.
