        @pony He's gotten away with a lot over the past few weeks. I know that sometimes the arguments he's in are just a product of people not liking him. His banning is a bit of a delayed reaction I admit but I can't really say he hasn't been friendly or even neutral toward some users. Somebody had to do it eventually. (Truth be told backseat moderation sometimes gets on my nerves too.)

            @francisyorkmorgan Perhaps a tiny bit due to circumstances beyond control. The main issue for me is that perhaps I am too lenient. And I guess I'm trying to figure out a procedure for how I will deal with particular rule breaks.

                @scoot @coffeecream I'm glad to see a sense of humility in the both of you for at least this respect. Not fully paying attention to the situations at hand but understanding three moderators leaving, or being demoted, or simply not having the time/ability to moderate, it does seem as though you guys are spread thin. I just thought to get your opinions on the matter.
