@m14brony Yeah, why even go there ? It just takes 1 look at the overpriced food and the mere immagination of someone sitting next to you with a bad cold or something. That alone discourages me from going with anything but a group of friends. And I do not know a lot of people who have the same interests.

@awl I do not think that it is their ideal's even half as much as the times where people think black&white "I am right therefore the other party is wrong". I should probably also point out that I work for a company who'se clients all have gotten a valid autism diagnosis.

It strikes me as, ehmm, odd, and perhaps a bit of ironic that most issues I am coming across today, both IRL and on the Internet ( Through this company-client skype "keep in touch" kinda thing ) can be disarmed, diffused, and/or otherwise explained by stating something I jolted down on a post-it of paper so long ago. ( Sidenote, I really love sticky-notes/post-its, they decorate my work-monitor like some sort of viewbox-flower ). It reads "So, [team A] isn't allowed to form their own oppinions and conclusions on modern social and political issues, they must all conform to and obey to whatever your particular opinion is". I have been keeping track of however many times I had to use this for someone else's reality check or prove a logic fallacy on their side. BUT, I have been counting on the same note using dot and line tally marks ( http://pny.lv/093jo ) ... and running out of space in 63 days. Last year did not even fill up the piece of paper. I fear for a trend now :(

Soo, let me get this straight. People who have been bashing Origin and Uplay for being a less stable and pretty and usable and versatile and probably devoid of a super hero are now finding a new fiend on the horizon. And it goes with the name Universal Windows Platform, or UWP for short. Microsoft seems to be trying to win people over by making things exclusive to UWP, like Gears Of War. And now people like Tim Sweeney are speaking out against this so called UWP because... ... ... Why exactly ? I mean to me it looks just like a really really old fight that touches upon both the fight called "Steam vs everyone" and "OpenGL versus Windows xp" and "Netscape verus Internet Explorer". Microsoft is still a company that secretly but not so covertly fetishizes a monopoly, and is to antitrust like vampires are to garlic... Soo, what is exactly different this time around ?

@adiwan Well, yeah, it would. So I'll just go see the stuff I have downloaded over the years and throw it away once I have seen it. and get a video streaming service when I am done, in about 2 years. Or buy a new hard disk.

@adiwan Hmm, I have nothing against things that seem fun, and this seems fun. However since I hate movie trailers that spoil like 50% of the plot and because I am fairly certain that I can pick this up in a budget-pile within 2 years. I'm just gonna set my sights on that :) ... I would have probably forgotten all spoilstuff too
