Looks like it's possible that the site problems were due to us exceeding the daily quota for the geolocation service we used. Or a DoS attack. Or both! 9.6

@colfax I disabled the geolocation plugin for now. Let's see if it helps. If so, I can probably implement a local geolocation proxy. That'd cut down on the number of requests we send.

Did a crashcourse on MySQL, so now I have basic competency. And I've at least looked at PHP before. I know what I want functionality wise, but I haven't figured out how to give the WIP !plot website a frontend that is as pretty as it is useful. (#Backend joke averted.)

I have a bit of a mini-contest with a real prize. If someone can design a Law enforcement badge design w/transparent background, with the words Brony Intelligence Department (B.I.D.) with the motto of your choosing (must be serious and reflect the Brony community values) I will mail the winner a Crystal Rainbow Dash keychain. png is preferred format, along with a SVG if you know how.
