@ponydude2143 You do not have to use your computer. You use Amazon's cloud servers. Read the print: "To help new customers get started in the cloud, Amazon has introduced a free usage tier. The Tor Cloud images are all micro instances, and new customers can run a micro instance for free for a whole year. The AWS free usage tier also includes 15 GB of bandwidth out per month." The TOR software is designed to limit it to those limits.

@abigpony Well, just remember. Just because somebody uses a tool does not mean that they use it in a matter inconstant with law. Personally I use it to test equipment when I need an outside source.
