@abigpony Somewhat, it's also to do with the fact that school is coming up soon, as well as other, non-Eurobeat music stuff that needs to be taken care of. My work on Ponybeat isn't usually impacted very much by how I feel about the fandom at any given time. And with this, I'm going to sleep... g'night y'all.

@abigpony Pfffft, no worries. Honestly it helped me realize that I need to take a bit of a breather, and that I'm taking things a bit more seriously than I should be. If anything, thank you for a needed (if unexpected) wakeup call that 'too much of a good thing' can still burn you out.

@abigpony ...honestly you make a fair point. Looking at my profile, I've done an uncharacteristically high amount of complaining and whining about /co/ as of late. My apologies for subjecting you (and most of RDN) to the barrage, perhaps I just need to take a breather and come back a little less burnt out.

So it looks like the /co/ threads are being overrun by one or two spammers with hard drives full of furry porn and horse genetalia. Let me rephrase that— the very kinds of people accusing fans of the show of being 'sick' are posting from their evidently immense collection of horse-related porn. "Backfire" is merely the tip of the iceburg.

/co/ threads... they're back. And they're about the show. And the complaining has died away (mostly)... I'm incredibly happy. :)

@starshine Depends on the song. If it really clicks, I can have it out the next day. If I have a lot going on, or if it's not a song I like, it could take me an entire month to get a version I like. It took me a month, or 3 different versions, to create the Main Theme remix!

Officially, I'm taking a break from producing Ponybeat until the semester starts. Until then I have QUITE a few things of which I need to take care. I may still post, and I may even have some time to come on and chat, but... Ponybeat in general is on temporary hiatus.

@starshine Precisely. So if I have to get banned for a couple days to see the threads less crappy, so be it. Before I was an MLP fan I was a /co/mrade, so I'll take a hit if it means /co/ gets better.

@starshine Eh. Truth be told, I was getting tired of the low quality of the threads. Maybe this will shake things up a bit and they'll be about the show again, instead of being full of tales of Mary-Sue OCs having oddly specific graphic fetish sex with each other AND the main cast.

For those asking... I was banned simply for posting in the threads. 2 days, so it's no biggie. @redenchilada I do take breathers every so often. I wasn't even on for very long to begin with.

@greydragon412 Not so great. I've been busy with pretty much everything but lately, so it's kind of tough to get on it. @puzzlemint Hopefully I can get one working in the near future. Alternatively, I could let another remixer in the field take care of that. We'll see. @redenchilada Nearly once or twice a day, yes.
