@xrevan also, file manager no longer recognizes image files as such, just shows icon for 'binary' file

@xrevan OK, that's what I suspected. Also, MyNotex can no longer show screenshots I embedded in notes, but exports them in HTML all right

@xrevan86 Because, even though they seem like nice people, I will still be hosting my data on another server. I want control over my own data :x

@xrevan86 I use omnicrox@gmail.com for GTalk, but I want to get my own server and domain (currently running a test XMPP instance on my server, omni@178.85.178.39 but it won't communicate with GTalk because it's not a real domain name :x)

@xrevan86 is there something 'between' those programs and libpng & libjpeg? Curiously Firefox shows them all and programs show non-png icons

@xrevan86 but which graphical viewer? any program that has toolbars or otherwise .png icons no longer shows them...

@xrevan86 We're pretty much an oddity as far as instances go; a lot of our members use the public timeline to chat, federation is rarely if ever used, rules are very tightly enforced...

@xrevan86 Me, @toksyuryel, @insaneclownscribus (not sure if he's that "geeky", but I still think he runs Linux), @jla, @xrevan86 and a few others, I think, but most of the users here seem to be Windows users.

@xrevan86 A power-user who cares more about what is actually important to the system, instead of one who tweaks everything unnecessary. My init is systemd, I believe, because that's the Arch Linux default. Being honest, I'm not quite sure XD

@xrevan86 Interesting choices, I think I can already kinda see what kind of user you are. For me: Arch Linux, GNOME3 (even with all the bugs, I just can't pry myself away from the beauty of it all, was an awesome user before), Mozilla Firefox and MPD (with GMPC as front-end). At any rate, nice to meet you!

@xrevan86 Time Turner still has nothing to do with Doctor Who and that image still doesn't show any connection between Doctor Who and the show (though the image is pretty awesome).
