@kayian I see. I've avoided exploiting bugs and using hacks just cuz I want a greater challenge, but I can definitely see the appeal of using the time trick.

@kayian It's not necessary to root (jailbreak) my android device as long as you play honestly I think. I didn't have to in order to backup and restore my game anyway.

@kayian yeah xD iOS players generally have fewer bugs, but up until now they've been relatively minor.. except for the time my game broke and I have to teach myself how to back up my save data or lose all my progress.. that turned out alright though so meh..

@kayian other users I've talked to have complained that Gameloft takes forever to respond and then pawn off the problem on others,

@kayian I'm glad to hear that. Hopefully they'll provide the same to me and other users I've talked to. On android devices, !gameloft's most recent update for Hearth's Warming wiped players' inventories of all items including gem items like Celestia. I've waited 4 days (2 full business days) for so much as an automated message addressing my request to have my items returned or to be awarded the replacement value of 1820 gems and 102,440+ bits. I won most of the items that I recently lost in the Heart balloon pop game, so I'm not actually out any money, but it's the principle I feel that's important. I play honestly and hope that they'll deal honestly with their customers.
