Koti was built in the early nineties, by a family whose roots are in Shimla, and who envisioned the place as a retreat that was a vestige of the old world charm and hospitality of the Shimla of yore. Koti Resorts is an ode to the childhood summers spent in Himachal on family holidays. Designed to provide comfortable and private indoor and outdoor spaces for all of our guests. We have a selection of attractively planned rooms spread across the property. Our five cottage wings flank the central lawn, with rooms on each block offering breathtaking views of the snow-capped Himachal hillside.
