@ladestitute I'd do the same if not for the banking system here at Argentina eating accounts at the year 2002 crisis. Now i keep the money with me. It is most likely that i go to jail after killing five thieves than they stealing it.

@ladestitute I've got my olde Hotmail for stuff that's likely to generate spam, my Gmail for "more professional" stuff, a myname@myname.com because I have a website (which I never update (I should change that)) and a Yahoo! for pony-stuff. And that's completely disregarding the I don't even know how many I've abandoned through the years.

@ladestitute Your mom taught you well. You can't use the same account to daily transactions and storing money. If you keep them separated, you use the storing one like two times a month, and the chance of getting it stolen is really low.

@ladestitute That depends on other factors. I keep two savings accounts, both with similar APR, but one's designated for a specific purpose and the other's just general "Oh, hell, I need money now" saving. Does the higher APR one have more restrictions on it? (I really don't know the full range of questions to consider, so that's all I've got).
