@metaltao I'm sure they already have plenty of accounts, the passwords along with emails used are all new, temporary ones that won't stay, and nothing on the account is correct aside from my name which they already have. So they won't be getting anything from me other than exactly what they asked for - an account that has been active for more than a year. If they complain at all about it I know it's a scam and can kick them off.

@metaltao Actually I found an ad on teh interwebs where a company supposedly pays to have full access to your Facebook so they can use the pay-for-advertising feature beyond what the limits on their own account is. It's a cool idea but obviously pretty sketchy which is why I don't want to give them my actual account. The alt I've had for a while and now I'm just fluffing it up to make it look more legit. Assuming the company is telling the truth and not just hijacking my account then I'll spread the word about how to get in on it.

Hey everyone, I'm doing a little experiment with an alternate account I have for Facebook. If you could add https://www.facebook.com/mac.chan.583 as a friend on their that would be really helpful. I don't post and you shouldn't get spammed or anything but if you do just let me know and I'll shut the account down. Thanks! (and if you feel like being a friend on my actual account just look for the friend who has the same name as the alt account)
