"Doesn't play well with others." -
@noyoushutthekiwiupdad @nerthos @maiyannah then why did it have 0 character development and coherency
-
@nerthos yea
-
@nerthos I haven't heard about that but may have missed it
-
@nerthos there was another terrorist attack the other day that ended fairly quickly as the police shot the attackers. Trump has since quoted the mayor of London out of context and also made a really weird remark asking why we're not talking more about gun violence (even though the terrorists weren't the ones using guns and this is, like, the solitary public instance of guns being used here in a long while)

@nerthos okayyyy

@nerthos lazy is fine, it's not monday there yet right? (no early hours don't count)
just woke up, need to go shower and get breakfast and then do some studying, but first gotta go through gs backlog https://grapeposter.club/attachment/375066 -
@nerthos It was honestly much better when Garriott was running the ship. I look forward to Shroud of Virtue. My wife actually got me it as a present for christmas but Ive been holding off on it until the 1.0 release so my impressions aren't soured by beta jankiness or being awesome in beta and then they break it, or something.

@nerthos yo how are you? https://bananaposter.club/attachment/476489

@nerthos WoW and UO are the only ones I've ever been able to justify. WoW because its WoW really, the amount of content is Fluffle Puffing mental. UO because I had a huge amount of online friends there and I'm a complete mark for anything Ultima that isn't mangoing Ascension.

@nerthos I actually like that sometimes. Having a game I can just do a bit of and come back to later without feeling like there's a gun to my head and I have to come back to it, like people get with WOW raidijng and grape.
-
@nerthos that also could be it, I spent a lot of time exploring Vvardenfell and the frame dip happened over time.
-
@nerthos See I'll play for a bit and get an arc done, get kind of bored because its a good game but definitely needs a group unlike many modern MMOs, leave it for a while, and then repeat when I think "huh, ESO was kinda neat, I should give it a go again"
-
@katiekats @nerthos I actually have never renewed my ESO subscription because I never saw the point. I cant say I play it more than occasionally - I played it mostly with @halani who fell off of it - but I never played it and thought "man, sub would really make this better" nor have been like "man, this is so bananaty to free-players I'm not gonna grape with it"

@nerthos
Anything worth buying on the 'coins' shop? (or whatever the premium currency is called, I forget) -
@nerthos No, they're around, but not working for Disney.
-
@nerthos
Yeah I did buy it then on Steam. I've just not played it cos subscription and don't currently have money.
...At least the statue is neat still. -
@nerthos
I should get into ESO. I have the physical stuff from the Collectors Edition cos someone a few doors down from me said they didn't want it, they just wanted the digital stuff, and they'd been to like five houses before me and no one wanted it.
They gave me the game too but they'd bought it on Xbox so *shrug*
Still have a neat Molag Bal statue tho. Never chatted to that neighbor since.
