@purple oh btw, heres a fact: The floppies already have the motor controllers in them. thats why its so easy to use floppy drives and not just the motors. :3

@purple all you gotta do is send the pulses to the correct pins on the back of the drive. theres a whole tutorial on the blathernet.

So, Linux nerds. What would be a good light weight programming IDE? All I really need is proper syntax highlighting, and quick open time. Everything else is extra.

@minti i think that gedit has some of those features. my friend (who uses linux constantly) has some sort of np++ linux clone and she uses it to program in python. cant remember what its called...
