!vgp Just got Uncharted, Band Hero and Call of Duty 4 from GAME with my vouchers. Was gonna also get Modern Warfare 2 but I didn't have id so they couldn't sell it to me, so I still have £5 left. Still very pleased with my purchases. There wasn't much else better I could have gotten.

@leonkfox Unlikely, because the move away from cartridge was to reduce production costs. It's not very likely they've discoved a new form of cart /SSD to match up with BluRay's density, but it's not really an impossible proposition either. TotalHalibut discussed this possibility in a 'Mailbox' episode recently. I don't have the link on hand, but I'm basically paraphrasing his sentimate.

!vgp Once I got better at Dark Souls, I suddenly realized it's not as long as I thought it was. The other night I got a little confused with a new character, thinking that there was more to the Depths than I thought. Then I realized that I was just doing better against the damn rats and frogs. Anyone else ever have a moment like that in a game?

So for those !vgp present, I HIGHLY suggest playing Asura's Wrath. It's short, but VERY good...if you like anime, it plays as if you're watching episodes, with interludes, episodes and everything. The soundtrack is amazing, this song being my favorite (I know it's not original to the game, but I still love it) because it fits the scene so well and is my favorite fight in the entire game. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cT8MsQRqPE&feature=related

@leonkfox Time gaps? How many years pass since AC1 to AC2? And how many since AC2 to Broterhood or Revelations?

@nerthos I thought all of the games took place right after one another? (From Desmond's perspective. Brotherhood picked up from virtually the second ACII ended)

@leonkfox Desmond is the main character of the series. The games are numbered based on the character you play as in the Animus. Brotherhood and Revelations were still about Ezio, so they're still part of ACII. ACIII means we're going to be getting a whole new character and a whole new time period to play with. But you're still going to be Desmond on the outside.

!vgp Old news, but Bioshock is an amazing game, Like, I love it more than life itself. At least, I love it until the end of Act II. After that, it just goes downhill.

@ovation !vgp I find it to be one of my personal favorites myself. however it did seem to lack something in the game that I was never quite sure what it was. bioshock2 was the same. it just had more toys to play with. I think what bolth needed most was a way to get from area to area without it being impossible to get back to them. personally I'm waiting on the 3rd game of the series to join the fray.

Just bought a sealed copy of "Viva Pinata: Party Animals" for £7 whilst buying some pens for my nan. An impulse buy? Perhaps, but oh well :P Huge fan of the Viva Pinata series, even the cartoon to a certain extent, and said cartoon is the basis for Party Animals. ^^ !vgp

Playing this Sonic 2 ROM hack called "Sonic 2 XL" that @redenchilada linked me to, where Sonic becomes more obese he eats onion rings, it makes it unplayable (your jump is severely nerfed at 20 rings or so, you can't spin dash etc) but it's funny as hell xD !vgp !sonic

@leonkfox If your phone can run it, I'd highly suggest trying GenPlusDroid. It runs amazingly and has customizable button layouts.

God, I really wish I'd bought either my DS Lite or 3DS, so I could sit down somewhere, play games and kill time. Didn't think I'd need them. I guess I can always get my htc Desire Z out and play some Mega Drive games, or Sonic 4...still, not the same as a proper DS/3DS game. !vgp
