    @mushi Resevre Officer Training Course. It's one of the ways to become an officer in the military...well at least the US military. You do it while in college then when you get out of college you go into the military leading enlisted military peps. You get higher pay and leadership all because you have a piece of paper that says you're a smart (a college degree).
