As for condemnation, members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called Mormons) believe that this life is a time to experience trials and prepare to meet God. When we die we enter the spirit world where, if we accepted the gospel and repented of our sins in life we will find ourselves in a state of paradise. Otherwise, whether because we were ignorant or rejected Christ, we will be in a state called prison. In spirit prison, missionary work occurs just as it does in life and we can accept the gospel if we didn't have the chance before we died.
