@renovatedkitchen Just what it says- food, meat, whatever- that has been sacrificed to idols. Although in this part of the world we generally have different kinds of idols- popularity, wealth, sex. What we sacrifice to these idols is anything we take from God by devoting ourselves to them instead. This could mean our time, our energy, or our love.
