@bitshift Worst thing is when someone who's supposedly a technician messes things. Like when my best friend computer got blocked because her retarded mother put a password on it and forgot. She payed an even more retarded guy, who instead of just deleting the password removed XP, installed 7, and deleted half the information stored in the PC.
