    @ceruleanspark I haven't heard anything about a lawlsuit, the article only said that the guy received a C&D letter followed by a visit from a couple thugs. They have sent out at least one C&D to a pony site (the ponyarchive incident, if you'll recall) and they have been doing takedowns of full episodes on youtube, but beyond that they've been pretty chill and they haven't sent out any thugs yet.
