@nerthos Because the botched moral kinda vaguely sounds like something you'd hear from religion and hey isn't christianity the most widely-known religion in the world omg they're actively promoting christianity on a children's show about cartoon ponies TO ARMS FELLOW COUNTRYMEN etc etc. The reality of it was simply that they screwed up the delivery at the end; the intended moral was actually a really good one. It was simply a writing SNAFU.
