@woona For me it always has been, complete darkness, soothing japanese music, cross legged, just concentrating on my own breathing; and after probably 10-15 minutes; the visual images i see inside my head. You COULD call these hallucinations but theyre not. When i have the level of relaxation needed with the right music, i see colours and shapes; I think about them, render them 3d in my head, and rotate and analise them. Its about mind control, for example imagine a pink golfball on a black background, then add a blue grid to the image in the foreground, and gradually add more small coloured details, taking absolute care to not "Lose" any of them, concentrating on each colour and shape at once
