@1greg1 lol i have a mac mini and a home built PC as well (i mostly use my mac mini as a server). my home built PC dual boots Mac OS X, and ill tell yah, its faster than windows 7 on the same machine (not for gaming because microsoft has a monopoly and owns Direct X technology). Yeah home built computers will ALWAYS be a better value in the lower price range, but when you get to Mac Pro levels, well you cant really beat original manufacturer prices (DIY mac pro equivalent is about 5000$)
