@pony I've just been mean to lots of people. Those people can help themselves. They can get a job in construction or something. Canada is not short on giving people jobs. Tons of places are constantly hiring because no one signs up. Lots of people are too lazy to work. When I enjoy my life I love it, but when I have a bad episode I just can't. It's absolutely impossible. I try to hold on to the feelings to self medicate. I hope it helps a little. This way I can recall easily how it feels to be sad and how to be happy. Still doesn't fix the anxiety and stuff though.
