@nerthos Part of what I liked about it was that it was willing to actually show that "the customer isn't always right and is in fact, frequently wrong and a jerk". It's still a rare episode even now that depicts a character other than Rainbow Dash being a selfish jerk, let alone depicting them ALL that way.
