    @widget If a user knows enough to strip X and related packages out of a debian install disk, then they know more than enough to figure out Slackware. Also, as far as "new users" go? Slackware was my second distro and I started using it literally two weeks after I first started using Linux at all (those first two weeks being on Knoppix). So it's actually pretty easy for new users!
