    @celestialmoonlight That's ok really. I never used to start conversations with others. It effort to do so, but I made myself go to singles' activities at my congregation and simply being with people and quietly hanging out got them to talk to me. That's why I suggest finding nice people to spend time with. Volunteering is an option maybe. Also, it's usually easier to open up online so online dating is one possible solution (depending on your age).
